Default Another silly question

I am running Windows Vista Ultimate, Office Pro 2007. I used to be able to
select certain items in an email (Outlook) to print because I would
eliminate all of the lines not necessary for the info I need for a hard
copy. How can I highlight what I need to print? Where in the world is the
"print selection" option now?
