I only seem to be making matters worse... now, in addition to the
closed IMAP email account which insists on maintaining its presence
under the "All Mail Folders" column on the left side of the OL 2003
screen, I find two "Personal Folders" listings below the IMAP account,
and at the bottom of this column, which I can't close or delete
either. Very frustrating...

Help!
