I am planning to import my current WAB file into Outlook, but then if I do
use OE Adress Book, I would like the address book to be update in Outlook.
Do you know how I enable sharing in OE so that I will be able to amend/view
my contacts not only in OE but in Outlook?

No version of Outlook has ever used the WAB, nor can the WAB be shared
with Outlook.
Outlook 2000 in IMO mode did allow Outlook to share its Contacts Folder
with the WAB, but never the converse.
To view your WAB contacts in Outlook, you must import them from Outlook
Express into Outlook.
