Error message opening OE 6.0.2900.3028
I work with a Notebook with WXP SP2 Home Edition OEM. Outlook Express was
working correctly but suddenly I could'nt start it any more. Two error
messages appears telling:
"Outlook Express could not be started. The application was unable to start
the Internet Account Manager. Your computer may be out of memory or your disk
may be full. Contact Microsoft support for further assistance. (0x80004005) "
and
"Outlook Express could not be started because Msoe.dll could not be
initialized"
Microsoft has instructions to solve that problem as per article 245419 of KB
but oriented to OE 4.0 and 5.0. Any way I tried to apply those rules but I
could'nt delete subkey Identities, the systems did not permit me to do.
Does anyone knows how to restore functionability to my OE 6.0 considering
the version I have and my operative system?
