Default appointments deleted after 30 days

check the way you synch with the pocket PC - if it is set as the master and
you told it to only keep them for 30 days, then it will delete then from
Outlook (the slave). There will be settings you can change on the synch
software. Try their newsgroup or help files.

I hope this helps you at least a little bit!

My Outlook calendar deletes my appointments at the end of the month.
I sync with my pocket pc and it deletes them from there as well. I
want to keep appointments for an unlimited time.

Unless you have autoarchive enabled, Outlook will not remove past events
from the calendar. I'd also check for add-ins you might have installed.
