Default Error message opening OE 6.0.2900.3028

Thanks to you PA Bear and to Bruce Hagen. Your answers helped me to find the
solution. It was not exactly as indicated in the related articles but, anyway
I could solve my problem, I will explain you briefly to help anyone who is
under the same problem:
The problem was in a corrupted HKey Current Users\Identities\Software, I
could'nt open this last sub-key and also I could'nt delete partially or the
entire Identities sub-key. After many intents, I decide to erase all, (less
one, the first, because the it was not allowed) instruction of Identities
sub-key that appear in the right panel of Registry Editor.
After that, I try to start OE but did not initialized but also did not
indicated the former error. Therefore, I decided to use the Script "Force
Identity Logon" that formerly also did'nt work, but now, with Identities
sub-key modified, it worked. Appeared a message telling that there were not
identities defined so I created a new identity and...OE start again to
work!!!, under the new identity, but work!!!
Then I checked the Registry Editor and could see the new sub-key together
with the old one that no works any more.
Today I will migrate the .dbx folders of the first identity and I hope
everything will works OK.
Thanks again

General OE Caveats:

- Don't use Inbox or Sent Items to archive messages. Move them to local
folders created for this purpose.

- Empty Deleted Items folder daily.

- Disable Background Compacting [N/A in SP2] and frequently perform a manual
compact of all OE folders while "working offline". More at
http://www.insideoe.com/files/maintain.htm.

- WinXP SP2 only: Do not attempt to close OE via Task Manager or shutdown
your machine if Automatic Compacting is taking place.

- Your anti-virus application's email scanning feature can also cause
corruption. Disable it. It provides no additional protection.

I work with a Notebook with WXP SP2 Home Edition OEM. Outlook Express was
working correctly but suddenly I could'nt start it any more. Two error
messages appears telling:
"Outlook Express could not be started. The application was unable to start
the Internet Account Manager. Your computer may be out of memory or your
disk may be full. Contact Microsoft support for further assistance.
(0x80004005) " and
"Outlook Express could not be started because Msoe.dll could not be
initialized"
Microsoft has instructions to solve that problem as per article 245419 of
KB
but oriented to OE 4.0 and 5.0. Any way I tried to apply those rules but I
could'nt delete subkey Identities, the systems did not permit me to do.
Does anyone knows how to restore functionability to my OE 6.0 considering
the version I have and my operative system?
I will thanks very much any help.
