Outlook 2003
Thanks Diane
I had norton on my machine but the guy who was investigating a problem with
the machine hanging took this off and installed AVG. I have now removed this
and reinstalled Norton ( I know norton has its shortcomings but I am used to
it!) - any idea how I stop outlook looking for the AVG add-in?

I've had to reinstall MSOffice onto my PC. When I open outlook I always
get
an error message - The add-in "C:\PROGRA 1\Grisoft\AVG7\avgxch32.dll"
could
not be installed or loaded. Where do I get this add-in and what does it
do?
Could this be the cause of problems configuring my account?
