The pictures that are displayed are included in the message. The pictures
that are not displayed are linked to an
external website which is blocked by default (a good thing).

Choose Options from the Tools drop down menu. Click on the Security tab.
Under Download Pictures, click on the Change Automatic Download Settings
button, then clear the checkmark in "Don't download pictures or other
content automatically in HTML e-mail.
