Default Outlook not receiving a particular message

Yes, I have tried turning off junk e-mail filters, have removed the
profile from Outlook and re-established, unchecked cached mode and
re-checked. I am at a loss, this is the first time since I have been
running Exchange that I have ever had a problem like this. I will keep
plugging away at it, and will post my solution.
