How can I develop a custom appointment form for OWA?. I can access the data
from outlook client, but we are developing a VB.Net aplication to read the
data stored in custom forms and work with it. Thanks.

I suppose you have two choices:

1) develop the custom appointment form for OWA
2) access the data from outlook client.
