I'm no expert in this area, but streaming video could be done that would
be displayed in a message -- most people have Windows Media Player. It
would be important to know your recipient before doing this! Better
would be to provide a link to the video file. Video files cannot be
embedded in a message. In any case, the file would need to be stored on
the Web.
If you're interested in pursuing the idea there are newsgroups where
avid PC users hang out who could help. I could send you a link to one by
e-mail. It would not be appropriate to post it here.
