Default Meeting acceptances don't update in calendar

I have a rule set up in my Outlook set up so that the e-mails accepting
meeting invitations automatically are moved to a separate folder. But
because of this the meeting responses aren't being updated under the Tracking
tab on the meetings in my calendar. Is there a way to get the meeting
responses to update my calendar entries without having them delivered to my
main Inbox?
