Default Outlook 2003 : How to check default mail delivery location

wrote in message

Does anyone know how to find out what the default mail delivery
location in Outlook 2003 is?

ToolsE-mail AccountsNext. Examine the "Delivery new messages to the
following location" drop-down.

thank you for your answers, but I am looking for a way to retrieve
this info from the registry.

I need to be able to script this, so I can report how many of our 6000
users are using PST files as their delivery location.

While it's in the registry, pretty sure it's all hex and not easy to pull
out and may even vary on each workstation.

However, I'm pretty sure that in the Exchange Administrator, you can drill
down to see the size of each users Inbox (and I'm sure it's able to be
exported too) so why not just dig through and find all the users whose Inbox
are 0kb and work in a margin of error to consider that anyone not running
Outlook at that moment will still have their mail on the server thus not be
0kb.
