I have the same version of OE on two different systems. When I reply to a newsgroup post on one of the systems, it uses the following format:

When I reply to a newsgroup post on the other system, it uses the following format:

Isproc wrote:

I prefer the latter, but don't know what controls this or how to change it. Can anyone help?
