Problem with name field

I recently imported contacts from Outlook into Outlook Express. The Name
in Outlook included: Title, First Name, Last Name.
In Outlook Express however, it appears that there is no separate Title
field to link with the Title field from Outlook. Is it possible to create
a Title field or any other new fields for the Address Book in Outlook
Express (such as Other Address, City).
Having the Title in Outlook Express is important to me, so that if I have
to export the contacts from Outlook Express back to Outlook, the Title
would remain.
