The format you don't care for is the way OE works by default. I don't use
OE-QuoteFix, but I thought you could make that change with that program.

There may be some way in the registry, but I am not aware of it. Sorry.

This formatting, I'm thinking, must be controlled in the registry. It's
possible I saw how to change the format when I was in the office, but
forgot to change it at home
