Default Options for Replying to Messages

Have a look under Tools Options "Mail Format" tab.
Pretty Self explanatory really

If not, use Help, that's what it's there for.
- You can get contextual help by clicking on the [?] button Top Right hand
corner and then on an item.

"Outlook Convert" wrote in

Thanks for confirming that Outlook does not have a "per e-mail" button
like
how there is one in Lotus Notes. I understand your [Ctrl] + [A] answer,
but
I'm not following the information you wrote underneath it. The only
information I could find about Outlook editor in online help was that it
was
the default e-mail editor in previous versions of Outlook. Since I am a
new
user can you provide step-by-step instructions on how to access editor,
the
user word checkbox, etc. as well as what these steps are supposed to
accomplish? Thanks in advanced.
