Default VBA Addin

No, you need VB6, Visual Studio Standard or Pro, or if you're supporting only Outlook 2003/2007, Visual Studio 2005 Tools for Office. Or Delphi or C++.

Can an Outlook Addin be made with strictly VBA?

The only information I can find on the web says that you need MS Visual
Studios 2005 & another tool installed with that to make an Outlook Addin.

Thanks for any information on this topic...
