PocketOutlook and WindowsMobile aren't things you can download. If you have
a WM5/6 device, you have PocketOutlook (and Word, and Excel, etc) already
installed.

If you don't have a WM device (and you don't; Nokia doesn't make them), you
will need to use third party software - check out

Nokia.
