Options for Replying to Messages
What was un-necessary was for me to explain in a post and
"provide step-by-step instructions" in detail what can be learned
from going to the "Mail Format" tab and using the contextual Help file.
This is peer support help, not a tutorial.

I think there's a disconnect here. The first part of your original answer
was all that I needed - thanks. The second part of your answer is what
confused me (the part about the sig). Just as an aside, the comment you
made
about online help was really unnecessary. The people who post their
questions here, such as myself are seeking answers, not sarcasm.

Have a look under Tools Options "Mail Format" tab.
Pretty Self explanatory really
If not, use Help, that's what it's there for.
- You can get contextual help by clicking on the [?] button Top Right
hand
corner and then on an item.

Thanks for confirming that Outlook does not have a "per e-mail" button
like
how there is one in Lotus Notes. I understand your [Ctrl] + [A]
answer,
but
I'm not following the information you wrote underneath it. The only
information I could find about Outlook editor in online help was that
it
was
the default e-mail editor in previous versions of Outlook. Since I am
a
new
user can you provide step-by-step instructions on how to access editor,
the
user word checkbox, etc. as well as what these steps are supposed to
accomplish? Thanks in advanced.
