Hi, Brian. I am having a similar problem. I can only open Outlook 2003 in
safe mode after uninstalling Outlook 2007 Beta. I have
uninstalled/reinstalled, cleaned the registry, etc. I have not created a new
profile but I don't know whether this would be the answer in my case. Do you
have any other ideas? Thanks!

Again, you need to create a new mail profile. Mail profiles are not
affected by uninstalling or reinstalling Outlook.
