OE Tools Accounts Mail [account(s)] Properties Connection Always
connect using... (uncheck).
PS 1: If you're no longer a Juno subscriber, your Juno email account
probably isn't valid anymore.
PS 2: Never post or use your real email address in a public newsgroup or
forum.

Express to open without bringing up my old dial up connection dialog
