Never use PossibleValues in code. It will cause the item to one-off, embedding the form definition in the item so that it never runs code again.
If you're goind to use Possible Values on the control's Properties dialog, you can't use commas, because that's a delimiter.
Either change the text for the row so that it doesn't include a comma or use the Rows property or AddItem method to populate the rows. See

I have mentioned that we should leave the comma out or replace it with a -
