great, then when I choose the contacts folder, I get the Mail Merge
Recipients Window. At that point categories are not an option to filter.
Is it possible to add categories as an option to the Mail Merge Recipients
Window?

The way I do it now is to keep an empty contact folder and copy the
category over and then merge that folder.
