Default Outlook Calendar Sharing

OST is offline file, which is required for cached exchange or the more
traditional offline mode.

Hi there, what are OST files? They are in Cached Exchange mode as default
so
I am going to try switching it off. thank you!

Hi there

Check if all/some of them are using Cached Exchange mode in Outlook. If
so,
try temporarily switching it off, see if that helps. If it all works
fine in
Online mode then try recreating/resyncing the OST files.

We have Small Business Server with Exchange and the two assistants have
access to the President's calendar for scheduling appointments.
Sometimes
the appointments show up, sometimes not. He and one assistant have
Office
2007, the other has 2003. There are problems with both showing, is
there
something else that has to be done besides just typing in the event?
Thank
you in advance!
