I am getting the same problem on my new computer with Vista Home
Premium. When creating a new message and clicking on "To" in Outlook
2000 an error message says "The messaging interface has returned an
unknown error...." In Windows Mail, it says "Unable to choose
recipiets." My contacts lists are there when I click "Contacts" in
both programs. Both programs worked fine for about two weeks after
starting to use the new computer, but then the problem started today.
With my older computer I have never had a problem with Outlook 2000 or
Outlook Express.

Any help with this problem would be appreciated.
