Default change after switch from outlook 2000 to 2003 standard office edit

1. You need to customize the menu bar -

2. outlook doesn't support that type of view - you can have the folder list
and shortcuts buttons and hide the other navigation buttons but you can't
have them side by side. personally, the user needs give it 2 weeks to get
used to the navigation pane -
