I DO have a rule for them.. problem is, Outlook won't run them after I
download mail.. the mails go to junk and stay there even with the rule on..
I have to run them manually each time I download mail to move them to the
right folders.

All my lists use a prefix in the subject line.([Listname] Subject )
The message "To" Address is also the List Address so I criteria on either
of those.

If you can't do either perhaps create a special address/account for list
subscriptions.

only thing that stays the same is the TO field.. I don't know ahead of
time who's email to flag.
