Depends how you want to open it. You can make a shortcut using the /select
switch - in Outlook 2003 and 2007 you can select any start up folder in the
profile (tools, options, other, advanced - start up folder is at the top of
dialog).
You can not replace the personal one with the shared one as the 'default'
calendar.

the folder path to append to the select switch.
