Default Deleting outcmd.dat to speed up Outlook2k3-Why?
My Outlook 2k3 on XP SP2 occasionally takes a long time to change from
one message to the next. If I delete outcmd.dat then everything is
fine for about a month, but then one day I will be reading messages
and it will take 45 seconds to go the next message.

Where do I need to start to troubleshoot?
