Default What does this mean ? 'message does not conform'

0x800CCC69 = Mailbox not found.

That would suggest that the recipient (TO) e-mail address is wrong.
That you get the
Server Response: '550 Your message does not conform to RFC2822
standard',

Would suggest that it's not in the valid format of

But if this only happens when forwarding that might indicate that there
is something screwy with the message headers or MIME boundaries.

You may want to record an smtp.log which will show more details about
outgoing mail.

To create an SMTP.log In OE5+, go to Tools, Options, Maintenance,
Troubleshooting, Mail
You may need to close OE after doing the send for the log to get written
to disk.
The log will be in the Store Folder which is listed in Tools, Options,
Maintenance, Store Folder.

That would indicate the point at which the error occurs (e.g. during
SMTP Authentication, sending recipient address or message body).

And in case you are interested in reading RFC2822, see:
ftp://ftp.isi.edu/in-notes/rfc2822.txt

What does this mean ?

"An unknown error has occurred. Subject ' Lemon
Meringue', Account: 'nn_Earthlink', Server:
'smtpauth.earthlink.net', Protocol: SMTP, Server
Response: '550 Your message does not conform to
RFC2822 standard', Port: 587, Secure(SSL): No,
Server Error: 550, Error Number: 0x800CCC69"

I was forwarding on one of the funny e-mails I
received. Never used to get an error response but
now I seem to be getting this
error response more frequently.

Help !
