Default problems sending email

According to this:
http://www.imailbox.com/iiExpress.cfm
you have to use SMTP Authentication.

Help! For the last 3 days I've been unable to send out email from

I can send email using this server from my brower but not from
outlook
itself so I figure the problem is in Outlook express. I checked my
accounts
properties and everything is right there. I've contacted my server
but no
help so far

I would suspect that "imailbox.com" is choking on the source IP
address of
the message, which is a Qwest IP address. Does the "imailbox.com" not
require authentication?

No, it does not require authentication. I've had both for 5 years, and
have
never had a problem till now. I got the imailbox account when qwest
went with
msn and web based mail and I could not get it in outlook express. The
weird
thing is that I just tried sending email from my Netscape brower which
is
also configured with the imailbox info and it went out ok. It seems to
have
something to do with outlook express.
