Default problems sending email

Help! For the last 3 days I've been unable to send out email from Outlook
Express 6.0 I get the following error message:
The message could not be sent because one of the recipients was rejected
by
the server. The rejected e-mail address was '. Subject
'test', Account: 'incoming.imailbox.com', Server: 'outgoing.imailbox.com',
Protocol: SMTP, Server Response: '501 This system is not configured to
relay
mail from to for 65.101.30.3',
Port:
25, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 501, Error Number: 0x800CCC79

I can send email using this server from my brower but not from outlook
itself so I figure the problem is in Outlook express. I checked my
accounts
properties and everything is right there. I've contacted my server but no
help so far

I suspect that whatever ISP you are connecting through is blocking port 25
for any but their own SMTP server.
