OUtlook Express problem after reboot
Always close OE before you shut down your machine. Also, are you running
three AV programs at the same time? Get rid of two of them and I recommend
that you keep Avast or Nod32 over Norton. Same with firewalls. Don't run
more than on at a time, and that includes the Windows firewall in XP.

clean. I even did a complete format and reinstall of Windows but the same
problem occurs.
