Default Email address not importing

Thanks for being such a supportive member!

I am doing this because I have multiple machines, with different .pst's
which I want to share the data as well as a work machine and webmail I want
to copy the data to. Exporting the data would seem to be logical and the only
data that doesn't import is the email details which seems bizare seeings it
is a microsoft function I am using.

Whilst I could copy .pst file and open on other machine etc. etc. the .pst
is 2gig and the work involved in copying logging in etc, just doesn't seem
worth while when you have a microsoft function that caters for your request.

Why would you ever do this? What a perfect way to lose data. Which
apparently you are.

Hi all,

I have exported my contacts in Outlook 2003 in excel format from one
machine
and tried to import on another using default matching and manual matching.
All the data seems to come through fine except for the email address. -
They
are all blank.

Also tried in .CSV (on importing) and this also fails to import the email
address. - any help?

Tam
