Default backup .dbx files

Make sure that OE is closed when you try to do the backup. If OE is
open, it locks the DBX files and your backup program can't back them up.

Then all you need to do is copy the DBX files.

What I do is use a command line Zip program run from a batch file and
zip up the DBX files as well as the other files that I regularly backup.

Hi there,

How can I backup the .dbx files as when I use a backup program these
.dbx files come out as "zero byte" files.

I need to have them backed up automatically along with all the other
data files in the computer....

How to achieve this?

Thanks,

Gordon

To backup to a temp folder for copying to a CD-R/DVD-R see:
