So is the image not showing up in signatures a bug? All I can get it to do
is put a red x...

I am creating them using the Signatures and Stationary window. I
insert an
image by clicking on the image icon, it is an image on my desktop.

I also tried moving the image to the stationary folder under Common
Files/Microsoft/.
