the dbx files off the CD into a blank directory and then Right click on
them and clear the read only attribute, as OE will not import read only

Hi Steve

I did that too. Downloaded the files to a folder on the desktop (so I could
be sure they were the correct files and easy to find) but they were
supposedly imported but will not show up anywhere in OE. This is why this
is such a frustrating problem.
