Default Missing Information when Scheduling

We are using Outlook 2003 with Exchange 2003. When one manager tries to
schedule an appointment, the calendars of two of the managers are striped
after Sunday. Prior to Sunday information is visible. Do you have a
suggestion on how to get this information to appear?
