that is autocomplete. you can either delete the name (arrow down to it when
it comes up, press Del) or delete the entire list and start over.

Now when I type Joe Smith I see two emails: one that shows up as Joe Smith
with "" and "" surrounding the email address and Joe

Does Outlook cache the email addresses I send to? If so, how can I clear
