mobile with area code?
Outlook formats numbers based on info in the modem settings in windows. to
bypass this, you'll need to append a letter to the front of the number
M:041234567. The contacts with it appearing as you desire were not created
in this version of outlook. (Earlier versions didn't force the modem setup)

below country
goto file new..mobile enter select country *UK ??* fill 417342567
save
you get +44 417342567
with this number you can dial
ok there we go..
goto contacts
file
new
contact and in this screen select in Telephone Numbers Mobile
