Export the Contacts as a CSV file then import that file into Outlook Express

From Outlook:

File | Import and Export
Select Export to a file
Press Next
Select Comma Separated Values (Windows)
Press Next
Select the Contacts folder
Press Next
Giveit a folder and file name to be saved
Press Next
Finish out the export of the CSV file.

From Outlook Express
File | Import | Other Address Book
Select Text File (Comma Separated Values)
Press Next
Select the csv file you exported before
and finish up the import
