How do you create the pst file to copy (right click copy, to contact
folder,
right click paste) the contacts to if not using the export feature?

Yes. All Outlook data resides in a data file with a PST extension. Just
copy
the Contacts you create to a PST file. Close Outlook. Burn the PST file
onto
the CD. Copy it to the friends hard drive and remove the read only
attribute. Then open that PST file in your friends version of Outlook and
copy the Contacts into your friends Contact Folder. PST files are
perfectly
compatible between Outlook 2003 and 2007.

I have Outlook 2003 on my computer. A friend has Outlook 2007. She has
not
input any contact data yet. Can I build a contact database for her on
my
computer, copy it to a cd and have her read it in to her Outlook
database?
How?
