Default Can't close PST files

The more information we have, the more accurate we can be in trying to solve
the problem. Since we have no information, just create a new profile from
scratch. Make sure you keep track of the name and location of the PST
file(s) you need to use.

Hi. I'm not sure what you mean. As far as I know I didn't do anything to
cause it. When I said an error occurred the first indication was the
message I got. As an MVP, feel free to provide some actual help.

Not without knowing how you managed to do this. "Recently an error
occurred" is completely opaque and tells us nothing. Feel free to provide
some actual information.

Recently an error occurred where I was unable to close a PST file...
when I tried it I receive "the operation failed. an object could not be
found." I can't expand the folder either. Now I am receiving this on
another folder that I can expand. I am afraid that once I open a PST I
will no longer be able to close them... does anyone know how to solve
this?
