Default message cannot be deleted

The icons I attached are the only ones you normally see when using Outlook
Express. Are you using some other mail application? If it is Outlook
Express, try a screen capture and then edit the screen capture using
mspaint.exe to attach the icon to your reply, so that we have some idea of
what you may be talking about. I suspect it may be a digitally signed
message that you do not have a security certificate for, or it could be
caused by an antivirus program scanning email or by a firewall such as Zone
Alarm, but not by Outlook Express.
