Default Contacts with no email address don't show

If by "dropdown box" you actually mean the Outlook Address Book, that is by
design. The Outlook Address Book only exists as a tool for selecting
recipients for messages. Therefore it contains only electronic addresses.
When you want to select a recipient for a letter in Word on the other hand,
all your Contacts will appear.

Just wondering if this is "by design" with no way to get around it. If you
go
to contacts in outlook 2003, all show up. But when you use the drop down
box, some don't show. I realized the contacts with no email address are
the
ones that don't show up in the dropdown. Is there any way around this?
Thanks!

Katherine
