Default Calendar Changing

if it's changing them by an hour and full hours, you are accessing them
using two systems and the time zones are not identical on both.

Most of the bookings on my calendar are listed as All Day Events. The
calendar keeps changing them to timed events and adds extra days. Is there
a
way to stop this from happening?

Thanks...
