Is it changing them to like 1 am to 1 am or staying on 12 am to 12 am? It's
classis symptoms of time zones issues - the appt were created with the
computer on a different zone or on a different computer that used a
different zone.

No, my laptop is an HP and I am using Outlook 2007. However, this was
already happening when I was using Outlook 2003.
