Default Unable to connect to ISP server

Using XP, just upgraded to Outlook 2007. Unable to connect. Sending
Completed. Receiving: Error message as follows:
- Receiving' reported error (0x800CCC92) : 'Your e-mail server rejected your
login. Verify your user name and password in your account properties. Under
Tools, click E-mail accounts. The server responded: -ERR Re-Authentication
Failure'

Have removed and worked with ISP, Embarqmail.com and still won't work.

Anyone know what I can do?
