Default Outlook 2003 is deleting calendar entires older than 6 weeks

1. do you synchronise with a phone or PDA? Check the settings there. It may
be deleting old items as it synchs. ie using the PDA as the primary
Calendar rather than the computer's Calendar.

2. are you sure they are gone? View the Calendar in a different view and
see if you can find old items. Try By Category View.

I hope this helps you at least a little bit!

Hi Judy and thank yu for responding to my post. I checked whatyou
suggested
and the AutoArchive box is unchecked. Any other thoughts? I'm stumped!

Check your Autoarchive settings at Tools | options | other tab |
Autoarchive. If you uncheck the top box, it will stop archiving.

For no apparent reason, Outlook 3003 is deleting calendar entries older
than
6 weeks old. Has anyone experienced this problem and if so, what can be
done
to prevent this from happening?
